Join The Menopause Nutritionist, Jenn Salib Huber, for eight days of cultural discovery and natural beauty in Abruzzo and Rome, Italy. As our time together unfolds, we will cycle along the stunning Costa dei Trabocchi, hike through the dramatic Gorges of San Martino, enjoy two cooking classes and a Michelin-star lunch! This trip is perfect for curious, culture-loving travelers who enjoy immersive, slow-paced experiences with a strong focus on local food, history, and nature.

Cycling the Costa dei Trabocchi: Ride along a scenic Adriatic coastal path, with fresh seafood lunch at a historic trabocco restaurant.

Six nights in shared (twin) rooms in a beautiful villa in the Abruzzese countryside

Transportation from Rome Tiburtina station on 17 April (at time tbd) to Abruzzo and then from Abruzzo to central Rome on 23 April and transportation to all group activities

The trip starts and ends in Rome. We will be travelling between Rome and Abruzzo in two private minivans and as such, it would be advisable to pack light.
Trip cost:
$5600 Canadian dollars (about $4000 USD) per person. $1500 CAD non-refundable deposit due on application; non-refundable balance due by 15 January 2027.
