Experience the charm, flavours and soul of southern Italy on this week-long culinary and cultural journey through Puglia and beyond. Each day will reveal another facet of this sun-drenched region. We'll discover the ancient cave dwellings of Matera, cycle through the Trulli-dotted picturesque Valle d'Itria and discover towns on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts. Along the way, we'll enjoy regional delicacies - from fresh seafood to bombette pugliesi and burrata cheese to pasticciotto - and meet the locals who keep these culinary traditions alive. With stays in elegant boutique hotels and a perfect blend of guided exploration and leisure, this trip promises a feast for all the senses.
